Monday: Cardio + Legs & Booty
Tuesday: Cardio + Push (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)
Wednesday: Cardio + Booty Isolation
Thursday: Cardio + Pull (Back & Biceps)
Friday: Full Body
Saturday: Relaxing Stretch
Sunday: NO LIVE CLASS. We ask members to do cardio for 15 - 30 mins or enjoy a REST DAY.
