SPORTS & FITNESS TRAINING CLASS FOR YOUTH
Nitro Athletes is a class to motivate youth to exercise & improve sports performance through a variety of workouts.
(60 MINUTES): An assortment of high-intensity drills, including strength and conditioning, plyometrics, pilates & agility drills, utilizing dumbbells, ladders, cones, booty bands, resistance bands, body weight & functional equipment. Ending with intense abdominal core training, this program is catered to young athletes & anyone who needs to get in shape safely in a supportive community.
