WEEKEND: LIFESTYLE CARDIO LIKE CYCLING, WALKING OR JOGGING FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES.

DECEMBER COST: $175 (STUDENTS PAY $125)

REGULAR COST: $250/ MONTH * NO CONTRACTS

STUDENTS: $150/ MONTH

RULES & REGULATIONS

- 4 - 8 PARTICIPANTS CAN ATTEND EACH CLASS 
- 3 INDOOR CLASSES + 3 VIRTUAL CLASSES + 1 BONUS CARDIO CLASS (SEASONAL)
- THE PROGRAM REQUIRES YOU TO DO OUR FULL BODY WORKOUTS 2-3 TIMES PER WEEK, FOLLOW OUR  NUTRITION PLAN OR THE PLAN YOU CAN STICK TO THE BEST, & THE DAYS IN BETWEEN YOU WILL DO PILATES (CORE & STRETCH) WITH COACH NINKO VIRTUALLY.

- IN CASE YOU CAN'T MAKE IT TO CLASS, YOU CAN ATTEND VIRTUALLY EVERYDAY AT 6AM EST.

- COMPLETE LIFESTYLE CARDI0 LIKE WALKING (45 MINS) OR JOGGING (15 MINS) 1 - 7 TIMES PER WEEK. 

- MEMBERS CAN ONLY ATTEND THE SAME TIME SLOT EVERY SESSION (COVID SAFETY REASON). HOWEVER, WE WILL ALLOW MEMBERS TO SWITCH UP TO 1 CLASS A MONTH INCASE THEY KNOW THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT IN ADVANCE.

- ANYONE EXPERIENCING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS LIKE: FEVER, CHILLS, COUGHING, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL,  NAUSEA, VOMITING AND / OR DIARRHEA MAY NOT ATTEND CLASS.

Stay healthy all year round by making Nitro a part of your lifestyle. No more short-term fixes, only lifestyle changes. Our program of HIIT/ Cardio , strength training & meditation 3 days a week, and pilates 3 days a week will make both your mind and body feel good. You'll get addicted to taking care of your health. Our Monday, Wednesday & Friday classes will provide you with a nice deep stretch, WOD (workout of the day), where we conduct a multitude of physical activities from cardio, HIIT, strength training, 5 X 5 workouts, circuit training, callisthenics, sports training, military-style workouts, and Meditation. We have two trainers for every session to ensure everyone is safe, motivated and performing the exercises with the proper technique. Remember, exercise is like learning anything new. The more we practise, the better our technique, and the better results we will get. This program is an effective program for making fitness apart of your daily lifestyle. Stop working out for the scale and start doing it for how it makes you feel

 

To ensure better results, we also offer a free nutrition plan to help you become more successful on your new fitness journey. For those who want to take their physique to a new level and not just lose weight, you can try our nutritional coaching.

 

Our community is all about family and making lifestyle changes. We want our members to understand the scale isn't everything. Focus on how exercise makes you feel & not the numbers on the scale or measuring tape. We support each other & we want to see everyone succeed. Whether you decide to do this program from our studio, home, by yourself or virtually, you will achieve results with consistency.
