- THE PROGRAM REQUIRES YOU TO DO OUR FULL-BODY WORKOUTS 2 TIMES PER WEEK WITH US, 3 DAYS VIRTUALLY & FOLLOW THE NITRO 'DIET' OR VEGAN 'DIET' OR INTERMITTENT FASTING. ALL 3 PROGRAMS CAN BE MIXED AND COMPLETED AT THE SAME TIME.; FOLLOW OUR NUTRITION PLAN OR THE PLAN YOU CAN STICK TO THE BEST.
- COMPLETE LIFESTYLE CARDI0 LIKE GARDENING, WALKING, JOGGING, PLAYING SPORTS & CYCLING FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PER DAY.
