IT'S NOT FAT, IT'S INFLAMMATION

It’s time to show up for yourself, work out, eat less inflammatory foods, consume more protein, good fats, 8 -12 cups of water, and walk/ stretch every day. We recommend going for a 15 - 60 minute walk & stretch for at least 10 minutes every single day.

 

The following should be consumed in moderation: 0 - 2 times per week with portion control.

 

Inflammatory foods are:

 

1) Dairy

2) Gluten (Bread)

3) Alcohol

4) Refined sugar (non-natural sugar)

5) Trans Fats (Baked goods)

6) Processed Meat (cold cuts)

7) Juice & Pop

8) Peanuts/ Peanut Butter

9) Corn

10) Soy

11) Sweeteners

* Use Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut Oil. Avoid Canola, Vegetable & Palm Oil.

 

Remember, you’re not fat, you’re inflamed. Clean eating and consuming these products in moderation will result in GREAT results. Inflammatory foods cause bloating, congestion & trigger disease. In as little as 7 days, you'll begin to feel healthier mentally and physically. It’s up to you to stay disciplined and maintain this lifestyle. At the same time, don’t be so hard on yourself, getting off track with nutrition and exercise is inevitable. Simply get back on track asap. Just don’t ever give up!
