LONGEVITY "DIET"

The Longevity “Diet” is a nutrition plan that uses modern-day fitness methods with the longevity ways of Japanese centenarians to help all ages live longer and fitter. This plan is low carb, high fibre, and will help you feel more energized, lighter, positive, happier, healthier, stronger, and feeling like you never get sick. Less inflammation, less water weight, less bloat, less “fat” and living better independently. The Longevity “Diet” requires you to consume more fruits, veggies, beans, tofu, fish, and to drink more herbal tea. You’ll learn about the healthier alcohols to choose and that smoking tobacco is one of the worse things you can do if you wish to live longer. You’ll eat refined carbs like white rice, pasta, & bread once per day and eat inflammatory foods like dairy in moderation. You will eat less sugary items, less meat and consume processed foods or drinks in moderation. You don’t need to cut out meat completely or any food from your life on this plan, but you should eat them in a way that benefits you, instead of slowly killing you. Choose a healthier lifestyle before relying on expensive medications, surgeries, or unnecessary Doctor visits. Let natural God given whole-foods like fruits, veggies, beans, tofu, and herbal teas be your real medicine.

 

Follow the Japanese principal Hara Hachi Bu, and only eat until your 80% full. You’ll notice a big difference within days on the program. You’ll experience less inflammation, bloat, water weight-loss, a tighter body, and feel healthier overall. Take it one step at a time and strive to start making long lasting lifestyle changes. 

 

Life is simple if we copied what works more instead of making up new ideas all the time. You don’t need to follow popular diets or restrict yourself from any foods to live longer and fitter. The longevity diet is 90 to 95% plant based whole foods and this doesn't mean that you must go entirely vegetarian, but the centenarians around the world prove that you don't need meat every day to live a long healthy life.
