NITRO45 GROUP TRAINING:
FULL BODY WORKOUTS WITH A FOCUS ON BOOTY & ABS
The classes consist of full-body high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, Vaccuums, and functional exercises. This instructor-led class will teach you about tempo training and that sustainable results occur from positive, long-lasting habitual changes. We ask members to walk for at least 15 minutes or do something active daily on top of many other lifestyle changes. This is more than a fitness class or a regular gym. CLASS DESCRIPTION (45 - 60 MINUTES): Each class starts with light cardio, stretching and mobility. We use dumbbells, booty bands, resistance bands, bikes, functional equipment and our body weight. We ask clients to complete 1 to 6 Nitro Workouts per week and to try their best to follow the Nitro "Diet." We offer up to 4 in-person and unlimited home workouts on Facebook. These classes are a perfect low-impact workout + deep stretch and mobility that require no equipment. These classes can be added to any program and help you feel better both mentally and physically. We ask clients to complete at least 15 minutes (1% of their day) of activities like walking, gardening, cycling, working out, dancing and any movement daily. Let's get it Nitro Family.

IT'S NOT FAT, IT'S INFLAMMATION
It’s time to show up for yourself, work out, eat less inflammatory foods, consume more protein, good fats, 8 -12 cups of water, and walk/ stretch every day. We recommend going for a 15 - 60 minute walk & stretch for at least 10 minutes every single day.
The following should be consumed in moderation: 0 - 2 times per week with portion control.
Inflammatory foods are:

4) Refined sugar (non-natural sugar)
5) Trans Fats (Baked goods)
6) Processed Meat (cold cuts)
7) Juice & Pop
8) Peanuts/ Peanut Butter
* Use Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut Oil. Avoid Canola, Vegetable & Palm Oil.
Remember, you’re not fat, you’re inflamed. Clean eating and consuming these products in moderation will result in GREAT results. Inflammatory foods cause bloating, congestion & trigger disease. In as little as 7 days, you'll begin to feel healthier mentally and physically. It’s up to you to stay disciplined and maintain this lifestyle.
