LIFESTYLE ACTIVITY LIKE WALKING,  GARDENING, PLAYING SPORTS, CYCLING OR WORKING OUT FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EVERY SINGLE DAY.

INTRO: Join Coach Ninko in person & virtually for his full-body fat loss & lifestyle change program. We focus on the fundamentals of exercise & tempo to ensure safety and quality in all workouts.  We start by lifting our own body weight or light-weighted resistance to maintain proper form and technique. We progress & avoid plateaus by challenging clients with more weights or reps weekly. You'll feel like it's 1 on 1 personal training for a fraction of the cost. The small groups are limited to 1 to 8 persons for better quality and more exercise guidance.

CLASS DESCRIPTION (45 MINUTES): Each class starts with stretching or light cardio for 5 to 10 minutes. This is followed by our Nitro Circuits, a full body  workout in a circuit format. We mainly use dumbbells, booty bands, resistance bands, and our own body weight for equipment. We ask clients to complete 1 to 6 Nitro Workouts per week and to try their best to follow the
Nitro "Diet".  We offer up to 3 in-person workouts and 3 virtual workouts weekly. We meditate and also show you how to make shakes virtually. On top of this, clients are to complete lifestyle activity homework daily. We ask clients to complete at least 15 minutes (1% of their day) of activities like walking, gardening, cycling, working out, dancing and any movement every single day. MAKE IT A LIFESTYLE!
