NITRO 300 Bootcamp (1 Hour):
We follow the Nitro 300 full-body workout program + Pilates for fitness, and for nutrition, we offer the Nitro "Diet" (Intermittent Fasting & Vegan Diet work well with this). We recommend daily meditation to help create a healthy & disciplined mindset.
You’ll train in person, 2 – 3 times per week, Pilates 2 times per week & asked to do low-intensity cardio for at least 15 minutes daily. Our fitness programs focus on tempo and mind-muscle connection. All levels can join in and will be given modifications for difficulty levels. Let's burn some calories, build lean muscle, and learn how you can enjoy your favourite foods but stay on track.
