3 DAYS PER WEEK: $150 per person
DONATION: FOR THOSE WHO HONESTLY CANNOT AFFORD THIS CLASS, YOU CAN SIMPLY PAY A DONATION OF YOUR CHOICE HERE.
Bootcamp: An outdoor fitness class that mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every class, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they'd push themselves and to always keep the body guessing. Each class we will stretch, exercise and meditate. We will be doing full body workouts with a mix of various sport drills, military exercises, boxing and more. Get ready to change your lifestyle and start making healthy changes that will last a lifetime!
Not only will you be able to access bootcamp, you will also receive the virtual training so you can stay committed from home and also have a workout to do incase you miss it. After you register & pay you will be given the access during your first class.
ALL AGES & LEVELS ARE INVITED
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Mat, Booty Band & either dumbbells (woman 5-8 pounds & men 10-15 pounds) or a resistance band.
