LONGEVITY FITNESS CLASS

Join the new longevity fitness class starting next Tuesday at 10:30am.

It’s 50 minutes long and includes tons of yoga movements, stretching, gentle exercises, deep breathing, and much more!

This simple exercise routine, offers numerous benefits, including improved flexibility and balance, increased circulation and mobility, and enhanced mental well-being. It's an accessible way to incorporate daily movement, improve community engagement, and can even help with weight loss.
