SPORTS & FITNESS TRAINING CLASS FOR YOUTH
Nitro Youngins is a class to motivate youth to exercise & improve sports performance through a variety of workouts.
In 60 minutes, the kids will do an assortment of stretching, mobility exercises, cardio, HIIT training, strength and conditioning, plyometrics, pilates, and agility drills. The athletes will use dumbbells, ladders, cones, booty bands, resistance bands, body weight & functional equipment. This program is catered to young athletes & anyone who needs to get in shape safely in a supportive environment.
