CLASS DESCRIPTION: Getting back into shape after having a baby can be tough to do alone. Train with Ninko, father of 2 and make fitness apart of your lifestyle. This postnatal or beginners workout program is geared towards teaching our clients the best exercises for after birth or new to exercising. Stop thinking sit ups and planks is the way to go. We will practise deep breathing, stretching, cardio, & light weight or body weight exercises. We will make this a lifestyle!
