Ninko believes in quality and correct form to better your fundamentals and work out injury-free. Our morning routines help us set the tone for the day, better allowing us to control our schedules rather than our schedule controlling us. As we start each day fresh, we can better focus on what is in front of us, where to prioritize our time, and, ultimately, increase our productivity. During every virtual workout, we will stretch, exercise, & meditate. Take the time to better yourself physically and mentally. After all, your life depends on it. After the workout, Ninko encourages you to drink lots of water & consume a meal or shake high in protein.
EQUIPMENT: YOGA MAT, BOOTY BANDS & DUMBBELLS
Dumbbell weight is up to you and your level. Look at weights like levels. 1 pound is level 1. The bigger the weight the higher the level. Most of the members use 5, 8, 10 and 15-pound dumbbells. We encourage you to continue to challenge yourself on levels if you wish for more strength results or for those that don't like lifting heavy, you will achieve great results with consistency. The goal of this program is to deliver you new full-body workouts to help make fitness fun and sustainable over a lifetime. If you want to be healthier and fitter when you're older, you need to start developing good habits now.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Let's work that booty! We do effective butt & ab exercises to get great booty popping toning results. This is an awesome fat-burning, booty program that will tone, lift and build your booty. You'll need a booty band and some weights to increase the intensity.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Getting back into shape after having a baby can be tough to do alone. Train with Ninko, father of 2 and make fitness a part of your lifestyle. Ninko will help you burn calories, and become more flexible, stronger and fitter at your own pace. Throw the scale away and focus on the overall benefits of exercise like feeling better, healthier, younger, clearer-minded, self-confidence, more energy, and lots more! You will also have access to our Live Nitro 300 Workouts (Level: Intermediate to Advanced).
This postnatal or beginners workout program is for all levels and geared to teach our clients the best exercises for after birth or new to exercising. Stop thinking sit-ups and planks are the way to go.
We will practise deep breathing, stretching, cardio, & perform lightweight or bodyweight exercises.
Weight loss = Calorie deficit and this class will have you burning hundreds of calories in a safe manner from home. No baby sitter needed.
