6:45am to 7:45am EST (7:45pm Philippines, 5:15pm India, 3:45am West Coast, 1:45am Hawaii)

All workouts are uploaded by 9:00AM Eastern Standard Time. Saturdays stretch is uploaded by 11am

Monday: Cardio + Legs & Booty  

Tuesday: Cardio + Push (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)

Wednesday: Cardio + Booty Isolation

Thursday: Cardio + Pull (Back & Biceps)

Friday: Full Body HIIT

Saturday: Relaxing Stretch (8:45AM EST)

Sunday: NO LIVE CLASS. We ask members to do cardio for 15 - 30 mins or enjoy a REST DAY.

FOR ALL LEVELS

Beginners are asked to complete what they can and modifications will be given for all high impact exercises to help those with knee problems 

FOCUSED ON HELPING YOU MAKE YOUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AN EVERYDAY PRIORITY THAT WILL ULTIMATELY BECOME APART OF YOUR LIFE FOREVER. WE WANT TO HELP CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE BY ADDING SELF DISCIPLINE AND A CONSISTENT POSITIVE ROUTINE TO YOUR LIFE.

EACH WORKOUT CONSISTS OF OUR MESSAGE OF THE DAY, WARM UP, STRETCHING, MAIN MUSCLE FOCUS (MMF), AB WORKOUT AND OUR DEEP BREATHING COOL DOWN. THERE ARE SO MANY AMAZING BENEFITS OF THIS CLASS. WE RECOMMEND DOING THE CLASS LIVE TO START YOUR DAY RIGHT.

INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCE

Nitro 300 is a science based program for intermediate to advance clients. You will achieve more energy, fat loss, weight loss, and building lean muscle mass as long as you are consistent. NO MORE GIVING UP.  Each workout consists of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), full body workout or MMF (Main muscle focus) & core.

 

BOOTY LAB

For All Levels (Low Impact)

Live on Monday & Wednesday at 6:45am

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Our Home Booty Lab program combines cardio with the most effective home butt & ab exercises to get the best results. This is an awesome fat burning, booty program that will tone, lift and build your booty. The only equipment you'll need are booty bands.

NITRO MOMMY

Beginners Program (Low Impact)

Equipment: Booty Bands & Weights.

*Workouts can be completed without any equipment.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Getting back into shape after having a baby can be tough to do alone. Train with Ninko, father of 2 and make fitness apart of your lifestyle. Ninko will help you burn calories, become more flexible, stronger and fitter at your own pace. Throw the scale away and focus on the overall benefits of exercise like feeling better, healthier, younger, clearer minded, self confidence, more energy, and lots more! You will also have access to our Live Nitro 300 Workouts (Level: Intermediate to Advance).

  • This postnatal or beginners workout program is for all levels and geared to teach our clients the best exercises for after birth or new to exercising. Stop thinking sit ups and planks is the way to go.

  • We will practise deep breathing, stretching, cardio, & perform light weight or body weight exercises.

  • Weight loss = Calorie deficit and this class will have you burning 100’s of calories in a safe manner from home. No baby sitter needed.

  • Make time for yourself mammas. You can't keep pouring from an empty glass.

At the end of the day your nutrition is the most important factor to getting back into pre pregnancy shape. You can't outrun a bad diet!
