Join coach Ninko and stay healthy all year round with daily workouts that include Pilates, Light Weights & Meditation. This program is great for woman & anyone looking to live a healthier lifestyle. Ninko focuses on low impact full body workouts with a strong focus on toning the core and booty (bum). Our morning routines helps us set the tone for the day, better allowing us to control our schedules rather than our schedule controlling us. As we start each day fresh, we can better focus on what is in front of us, where to prioritize our time, and, ultimately, increase our productivity. Every morning we will stretch, exercise, & meditate. Take the time to better yourself physically and mentally. After all, your life depends on it. TRAINING STYLE: HIIT WITH LIGHT WEIGHTS & PILATES: HIIT workouts are so popular because they're extremely effective for fat loss & weight loss. When trying to lose weight, you want to build lean muscle to help you burn fat and achieve your goals. HIIT forces your body to use energy from fat as opposed to carbs. This makes losing fat more efficiently.

We do a form of Pilates everyday to help you loosen up tight body parts & strengthen the core. This type of workout is low impact and produces amazing results. It's effective for toning up, building lean muscle, and improving posture. Practicing Pilates can be beneficial for your health and help you maintain a healthy weight in a safe manner. Combined with our full body HIIT workouts, Pilates completes our workouts.

Nutrition: The most important factor of a real lifestyle change is your nutrition. We encourage clients to be as good as possible during the week and to enjoy 1 to 2 meals during the weekend. Sustainability is very important to garner long term results. Ninko wants you to enjoy the process as much as possible. Setbacks are apart of the journey, so enjoy the ride and get back on track as soon as you can. Ninko will be posting tons of content on both YOUTUBE & INSTAGRAM to help you get better results.

Dumbbell weight is up to you and your level. Look at weights like levels. 1 pound is level 1. The bigger the weight the higher the level. Most of the members use 5, 8, 10 and 15 pound dumbbells. We encourage you to continue to challenge yourself on levels if you wish for more strength results or for those that don't like lifting heavy, you will achieve great results with consistency. The goal of this program is to deliver you new full body workouts to help make fitness fun and sustainable over a  lifetime. If you want to be healthier and fitter when you're older, you need to start developing good habits now.

Beginners are asked to complete what they can and modifications will be given for all high impact exercises to help those with knee problems

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Getting back into shape after having a baby can be tough to do alone. Train with Ninko, father of 2 and make fitness apart of your lifestyle. Ninko will help you burn calories, become more flexible, stronger and fitter at your own pace. Throw the scale away and focus on the overall benefits of exercise like feeling better, healthier, younger, clearer minded, self confidence, more energy, and lots more! You will also have access to our Live Nitro 300 Workouts (Level: Intermediate to Advance).

  • This postnatal or beginners workout program is for all levels and geared to teach our clients the best exercises for after birth or new to exercising. Stop thinking sit ups and planks is the way to go.

  • We will practise deep breathing, stretching, cardio, & perform light weight or body weight exercises.
