LIFESTYLE ACTIVITY LIKE WALKING, GARDENING, PLAYING SPORTS, CYCLING OR WORKING OUT FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EVERY SINGLE DAY.
INTRO: Join Coach Ninko in-person & virtually for his full-body fat loss & lifestyle change program. We focus on the fundamentals of exercise & tempo to ensure safety and quality in all workouts. We start by lifting our own body weight or light-weighted resistance to maintain proper form and technique. We progress & avoid plateaus by challenging clients with more weights or reps weekly. You'll feel like it's 1 on 1 personal training for a fraction of the cost. The small groups are limited to 1 to 8 persons for better quality and more exercise guidance.
CLASS DESCRIPTION (45 MINUTES): An assortment of high-intensity drills, including strength and conditioning, plyometrics, pilates & meditation, utilizing dumbbells, booty bands, resistance bands & body weight. Ending with intense abdominal core training, this program is catered to consistent clients looking to make lifestyle changes.
