Nitro 300 is a science based small group (1 - 6 individuals) program for all levels. This program focuses on fat loss, weight loss, and building lean muscle mass. Every class consists of stretching, HIIT (fat burning cardio) and full body workouts that include 6 - 10 different exercises. 1 day a week we focus on strength training and the other 2 days consist of HIIT and many different top exercises. You're only required to train 2 - 3 times a week. You will receive up to 12 sessions per month, home workouts, 1 optional hike per week, Herbalife Meal Replacement (30 meals), and a private whatsapp community group with others doing the program. We recommend a commitment of at least 3 months at a time & for clients to enjoy 1 - 2 healthy smoothies per day in replace or with your regular meals. This is now our main program in replace of our pre Covid-19 program called "Lifestyle Program".
