NITRO 300: STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
GROUP TRAINING

STARTS MONDAY SEPTEMBER 6, 2021

Nitro 300 is  a science based small group  (1 - 8 individuals)  program for intermediate to advance clients. You will achieve more energy, fat loss, weight loss, and building lean muscle mass without so much running. We will practise the method of progressive overload & focus on muscle building to help you obtain the body of your dreams.
Our program delivers results with a combination of stretching (Static & Dynamic), HIIT,  Full Body Routines (Hit each muscle 2-4 times per week), 5 x 5 Strength Workouts, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)/ Low Intensity Cardio),  & Yoga  . 1 days a week we focus on strength training and stay consistent with the same workout weekly. We will track your progress here in terms of weight, reps and sets.  On off days, we ask our clients to either do cardio or join Ninko online for the Virtual Workout Of The Day. 

Without a proper nutrition plan, no fitness program will work. With your Nitro 300 Club Membership you'll receive the Nitro Nutrition & Fitness Guide For All Levels that will educate you on how you can reach your full potential. Learn more about Nutrition, working out & much more. Our e-book will give you workout tips + a variety of nutrition plans geared towards fat loss, weight loss & building lean muscle mass. 
You will receive up to 20 sessions per month, home workouts, 1 optional hike per week, Herbalife Meal or Puretrim (Vegan) Meal Replacement (extra cost), and a private whatsapp community group with others doing the program. We recommend a commitment of at least 6 months at a time & for clients to give it 100%.

NITRO 300 PROGRAM GUIDELINES

  1. ENJOY 1 -2 HEALTHY SHAKES IN REPLACE OF YOUR MEALS OR ALONG SIDE YOUR HEALTHY MEALS.        

  2. ENJOY 1 BIG BALANCED LUNCH EVERYDAY.

  3. FOLLOW THE NITRO 300 WORKOUT SCHEDULE (MONDAY - THURSDAY IS MANDATORY).                        WE RECOMMEND FOLLOWING THE PROGRAM EVERYDAY WITH NINKO FOR AMAZING RESULTS.

  4. MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY WE FOCUS ON FULL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING (HIT EACH MUSCLE 3 TIMES OR MORE PER WEEK). TUESDAYS & THURSDAY ARE MORE BOOTCAMP & HIIT STYLE WORKOUTS.

  5. STAY CONSISTENT.

  6. IF YOU HAVE A BAD DAY OR MEAL, SIMPLY GET BACK ON TRACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THIS IS A LIFE LONG JOURNEY.

  7. ON DAYS YOU PLAN TO HAVE A BAD HIGH CALORIE MEAL: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SHAKES FOR THE OTHER 2 MEALS OR LOW CALORIE MEALS LIKE A PROTEIN AND VEGGIE ONLY.

  8. CONSUME AT LEAST 100G OF PROTEIN PER DAY. IDEALLY, CONSUME YOUR TARGET WEIGHT IN GRAMS OF PROTEIN.

  9. DRINK 8 - 16 CUPS (2-4L) OF WATER PER DAY. 

  10. SLEEP 6 - 8 HOURS PER DAY. NEED THIS FOR BETTER RESULTS!

  11. ENJOY THE PROCESS. BE PATIENT AND STOP CHECKING THE SCALE DAILY!
