​OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

Location: Innisfil Beach Park: BIG SLED HILL

16 OUTDOOR CLASSES PER MONTH

( YOU CAN ATTEND 6AM OR 6PM)

* You will need your own yoga mat and dumbbells

Outdoor bootcamp fitness is a group workout that takes place in the park, often incorporating the environment as part of the exercise. There's a variety of high-intensity, interval training exercises, including running, walking, or jogging, plyometrics, bodyweight training, and resistance training, all designed to build strength, stamina, and agility. You'll breathe in fresh air, absorb sunlight (vitamin D), decrease stress, and be motivated to get into shape.

Morning Class: 6 AM - 6:50 AM

Evening Class: 6PM - 6:50PM â€‹â€‹

Saturday *FREE FOR EVERYONE: 8 AM - 9 AM

Wednesday, Friday & Sa @ Innisfil Beach Park Obstacle Course Area (Ninja Park)

** Friday Nights at 6pm will be at my studio at 2282 Jack Crescent

1 MONTH = $100/ month for Unlimited Classes

2 MONTHS =  $160 SAVE $40

3 MONTHS = $210 SAVE $90

INDOOR STRENGTH TRAINING

Location: Studio on 25th Side Rd & 9th Line, Alcona

Join this fitness program to get in better shape, build muscle, gain strength, lose weight and fat, decrease muscle tightness, and increase social connection. Every class is different but consist of dynamic stretching and mobility training at the beginning, the strength workout of the day, and a cool down with static stretching. You'll train up to 6 days per week with Coach Ninko and only have 3-4 persons per class. Small group training is offered Monday to Friday with 1 big outdoor class on Saturdays. Get stronger and build more muscle. Focus on consuming tons of protein, whole grains, veggies, and fruits. You can follow the "longevity diet", intermitting fasting, or a high protein low carb diet for better results.

* Indoor Strength Training Members receive unlimited outdoor bootcamp as well
