GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
In this 50 minute class you will complete many exercises that will benefit you in every way. Class begins with stretching, mobility exercises & is combined with cardio and a full body workout. Workouts are generally circuit or super set focused to utilize the limited time to garner unbelievable fat loss results, increase intensity + build lean muscle mass. Follow the meditation, cardio, stretching & nutrition plan for even better results!
