Our educational grocery store visit is an additional $75 and/ or a specific macronutrient counting plan for $100.

Private Training 1 on 1

4 sessions per month (1x per week) = $240

($60 per)

8 sessions per month (2x per week) = $440 ($55 per)

12 sessions per month (3x per week) = $600 ($50 per)

16 sessions per month (4x per week) = $720 ($45 per)

Private Training 2 on 1

4 sessions per month (1x per week) = $360

($45 per person/ session)

8 sessions per month (2x per week) = $640 ($40 per person/ session)

12 sessions per month (3x per week) = $840 ($35 per person/ session)

16 sessions per month (4x per week) = $1000 ($25 per person/ session)
