FULL BODY STRETCH, MOBILITY & WORKOUT

Each class starts with static stretching to help release muscle tension, followed by dynamic stretching,  mobility movements, warm up, cardio, and a complete full-body resistance training workout. We do traditional fitness routines, super-sets, circuits, cardio & HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workouts. You'll learn how to exercise safely with tempo, and the importance of a healthy balanced diet.  
We ask members to walk for at least 15 minutes and stretch every day. For better results, please follow the Lifestyle "Diet  & feel free to add in more of our bonus workouts via youtube (Ninko's World). You'll be able to follow our program online and e-book very soon. The Lifestyle "Diet" combines the anti-inflammatory longevity ways of the Japanese and Mediterranean people, with a healthy plant-based protein shake. This plan is simple to do and amazing for ages. Combine the studio workouts with daily walks, online bonus workouts, meditation and stretches for better overall results.
